TRICARE ® Humana
Humana Military partners with the Department of Defense to administer the TRICARE health program for military members, retirees and their families in the East Region.
Arkansas Works is a Medicaid program that offers eligible Arkansans private health insurance coverage. The insurance is offered through qualified health plans from Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield, Arkansas Health & Wellness (Ambetter), and Qualchoice.
TRICARE ® Retiring from the National Guard or Reserve
TRICARE options when you're retiring from the National Guard or Reserve differ from retiring from active duty. As a Retired Reserve member, you have different TRICARE options available to you prior to turning age 60 and once you turn age 60.
If you don’t qualify for TRICARE (the Department of Defense’s health care program for active-duty and retired service members and their families), you may be able to get health insurance through the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA).
